What is Travel Design?
Simply put it is your travel, designed.
But by a professional.
A Travel Designer has the right skills to design a trip that reflects your profile, your desires and preferences.
With technique, experience, knowledge and research, the Travel Designer (in this case, me :)) finds and presents to you travel experiences that make sense to your traveller profile.
It is a curatorship that gives you structure and logic to travel confidently, with your questions answered and with peace of mind.

Travel Design services are different from the conventional:
Firstly I will carefully listen to your initial idea and understand what you are looking for.
Then, I will suggest which of the services below I consider most suitable to your case.
Decisions will always be made together, taking into account your wishes and my experience!

1. Travel design
It is the design of your personalized itinerary with a day to day that optimizes your time and investment in the trip
how does it work?
1. Assessment
- You receive a form to fill out
- We talk about your tastes, preferences, your traveler profile, your expectations and desires regarding the trip
- Behind the scenes, I create the macro schedule for your trip aligned with your PROFILE (this is where I balance my experience with up-to-date research to bring your itinerary to life)!
- We schedule an Individual Call to present the macro itinerary
- We created a Whatsapp group with anyone who wants to get involved in the process
2. Itinerary building
- I go backstage to adjust details we talked about in the call and we schedule the next
- In our second call, I present the microprogramming for you to validate
- We confirm the day to day of the trip and any final necessary changes
- We put the project on hold to start with the bookings: here you can choose to do them with me or independently
- Once we have the reservations made and confirmed, we finalise the microprogramming and I go back behind the scenes for the final adjustments.
3. Presentation
- I send your itinerary in PDF by email, which will be your guide at the destination. It includes the day-to-day itinerary in an organized and structured way, easy to reference, with daily schedules, informative links and other complementary information
- We make a final call to align details and answer any last questions

Regardless of the service you choose, you can always book your trip with me.
I work with a team of carefully selected professionals from all over the world, who give us the support you and I need.
With them I book and manage the items you choose to buy, whether it’s airline tickets, tours, hotels, car rental, travel insurance, etc!
This is the “best of both worlds” !
- There is no fee for this service when booked through my business partners apart from each contracted item's cost (hotels, tours, car hire, etc).
- Minimum fee of EUR 30 or 12% of the total value of each reservation made through other sales channels.

3. Agency services
If you have already planned and quoted your trip the entire trip but are looking for the best deal.

You tell me exactly what you have already found online (which hotel, which ticket, which tour, etc.and prices), and I'll look for my best options.
- There is no service fee when booked through my partners
- Minimum fee of EUR 30 or 12% of the total value of each reservation made through other sales channels
4. Travel Advice
If you’ve already planned your trip, but would like professional guidance and validation.

You can ask for tips, discover the best area/hotel to stay, ask questions about transportation, logistics, food, attractions, day-to-day details and what to avoid.
It does not involve designing an itinerary from scratch, rather validation and specific guidance on your already created itinerary. - € 270 (includes profile analysis and updated research)
